Hello, I’m Marni

I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) from King’s College London (class of 2009), with four years in the NHS before diving into private practice. Before all that, I ran my own sports massage business for five years—because why have one hustle when you can have two?

My weekends used to be spent pitchside, patching up rugby players (both league and union) and working with top-tier athletes from Great Britain Basketball and British Gymnastics. One of my career highlights? Working poolside at the London Olympics and in the Paralympic Village—definitely not your average day at the office.

Never one to sit still, I’ve picked up extra qualifications in acupuncture (Western and cosmetic), clinical Pilates (including ante- and post-natal), and taping. Since becoming a mum, my passion for pelvic health has skyrocketed—nothing like birth trauma to give you a crash course in the realities of recovery!

From 2016 onwards, I’ve been delivering ante- and post-natal Pilates classes and became a certified Mummy MOT® practitioner. This means I help postnatal mums after their six-week GP check, assessing posture, tummy separation (diastasis recti), organ prolapse, scar management, and offering return-to-sport advice tailored to each mum’s journey.

I’m incredibly passionate about my profession and committed to delivering the most up-to-date, evidence-based treatment possible. I go the extra mile for every client—and if you don’t believe me, my testimonials speak for themselves!
