Hi - I’m Hannah

I bring over 20 years of physiotherapy experience to the team, having qualified back in 1994 (yes, when dial-up internet was still a thing). Since then, I’ve clocked up an impressive list of post-graduate qualifications in Sports Physiotherapy, Western Acupuncture, and the Rehabilitation of Movement Dysfunction.

I’ve worked in both the UK and New Zealand across NHS and private practice settings, treating everything from sudden rugby injuries to those niggly, long-standing aches that just won’t shift. I specliase in all things musculoskeletal—acute or chronic—and takes a holistic, no-one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. I use exercise rehab, manual therapy, and myofascial release, all delivered with a healthy dose of empathy and the occasional dry sense of humour.

I spent many wet and windy weekends on the sidelines with rugby teams at various levels, and am no stranger to muddy boots, dodgy ankles, or getting people back to sport safely and confidently.

My motto is all about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love—whether that’s running a marathon or just tackling the stairs without wincing.
